Buying a home is usually one of the biggest investments that people make in their lifetime.  Just like with selling a home, choosing the right REALTOR® is the first thing that you should do when you are ready to purchase a home.  Whether you are buying your first home, upgrading to your dream home, or buying an investment property, I have the knowlegde and experience that is needed to help you find a property that fits your needs and smoothly get you to the closing table.  When buying a home, I will guide you through every step of the buying process from our initial consultation all the way to the day that you move into your new home.  As always, my services are free to home buyers since the person selling the home pays all brokerage commissions.   As your REALTOR® I will...

• Meet with you for an initial consultation where we can discuss your housing needs,  how soon you are looking to move,  and also talk about different areas and neighborhoods around town.  We will also discuss helping you find a lender so you can get pre-qualified for a home loan, and I will answer any other questions that you may have about the buying process.
• Once we have identified what features you are looking for in your new home and you have been pre qualified by a lender, we will go and look at homes until we find the one that is right for you.
• Once we find you a home, I will help you with coming up with an offer on the home by providing you with information on what simalar homes have recently sold for and what simalar homes are currently listed for sale at.  Once you submit your offer, I will help you with the negotiations until we come to contract terms that you are satisfied with.
• Once we have your home under contract, I will oversee everything that needs to be done before closing including all inspections and the survey so that we can successfully get you moved into your new home.
